Another misty runny window photograph…

But first…

Hm, yes, I know it was only yesterday I showed you one of my photos dear reader, but I was so pleased with this one above that I recently snapped from the upstairs front seat on a bus going into town just as it was getting dark, I thought that I’d slap it on today willy nilly. ‘Willy nilly’ is such a nice phrase isn’t it? I’m not sure it applies here, but what the hell, it’s fun to include it.
Those windows were so steamed up!
The bus was almost empty heading into town, but I reckon it had been packed solid with tired moist Christmas shoppers on its way out, and all the windows having been closed against the cold and the rain, all this condensation had emanated from their bodies and clothes… Now there’s an unpleasant thought… I repeatedly tried to wipe the window clear with my sleeve, but it steamed up again almost immediately.
I think we could safely describe this piece as abstract, don’t you? You can just about make out some road at the bottom and the shape of some buildings towards the top, but the rest is gloriously abstract! I think that wonderful orange and red blob on the left is a traffic light. Luckily the camera was quite happy to focus on the condensation patterns and not on what was outside… Not a bad picture…

yes I like willy-nilly too for a fun thing to say. If this were a painting, vs photo.. you could name it some random thing, such as Thursday, or # 12, whatever– and sell it in a pretentious gallery for a big pile of cash ! just because if something is in a gallery, people will hand over fat money. .. but I think you’re not a ‘whore’ about your art like that
