Mail art postcard. No. 4576…

But first…
Dulltown, UK: Today’s special guests are the Caligula lookalike twins Bernie and Florence Chooms. Come on in and take a seat on the sofa – my, my, I do love your laurel leaf headbands and your blood spattered robes!…

Aha! Another of my silly mail art postcards – a simple collage on bright card using clippings from that cheapskate UK TV listings magazine What’s On TV.

‘Billy…’
‘What?’
‘No, don’t move, just keep staring straight ahead.’
‘Oh, alright Bobby…’
‘I was just thinking…’
‘Oh yes?’
‘Yes, I was thinking that I have always been, you know, different, in some way…’
‘Really?’
‘Yes.’
‘Well I’ve never noticed anything untoward or unusual in your appearance, or manner Bobby.’
‘No?’
‘No…’
‘Hm… Billy…’
‘What?’
‘Could it be, my eyes?…’
‘I don’t think so, you have lovely eyes Bobby, the other cats are always remarking on how nice they are.’
‘Oh really?… I do feel more at ease knowing that.’
‘Good…’

Actually, they’re nothing like as impressive as the real eyes 👀. Sorry!

  2. Sharon Mann says:

A very subtle change…Bobby doesn’t look nearly as brilliant as Billy.
