Just a few shortish items…

But first…
Dulltown, UK/Europe: Today’s heraldic term is, Bath, order of the: a British chivalric order. This link is definitely worth a look! (click)

Excuses for being late. No. 411.
I’m sorry I’m late, but my printer said it wanted to realign its heads.

A single overheard remark:
‘No one never learns by not listening Tim!…’
(It took me a moment to work my way through that cluster of double negatives.)

‘Would you like a sliced up banana on a couple of slices of nice hot buttered toast?’
‘No, thank you.’
‘You’ll regret having said that, when I start eating mine.’
‘As if!… Oh, it does look rather nice though…’
‘See!!…’

An observation:
A rather plump middle-aged lady striding through the town centre – she was dressed all in black; she had her left hand, with a lit cigarette in it, out to one side; the other hand was flicking up and down rapidly brushing at her stomach area; I think she was removing ash from her garments. She looked like she was strumming an invisible guitar – she did look very cool!…

Another observation:
In the large open square in the middle of Dulltown yesterday there was a stocky man in a shabby suit shouting and holding up a large hand-written cardboard sign; the sign said, ‘Wake Up! Satan’s Brainwashed Cattle!’ The words ‘Wake Up’ and ‘Cattle’ were written much larger and in red. Those were the words he was shouting too. Apart from quickly documenting the event in my handy notebook, I was, I’m afraid, unmoved by his cries.

Here’s a piece freshly landed in my comments box – it seems to be from someone with the unlikely name of Misstheater:
Apply mist more than your face once you have your make-up utilized. It would set the cosmetics and keep it in which it ought to be much longer. It is a great technique to use if you have a long time prior to you like if it is your big day or you will have an evening out after work prepared. Attempt arranging your day from beginning to end. This will help you combat unmotivated sensations that are included with depressive disorders. Just a little preparing moves very far.
Well, thank you Misstheater, I have very much been stimulated by your remarks. I have only recently started utilizing make-up, so your marvellous suggestions have come just at the right time. Unmotivated sensations – would you care to enlarge on those when you next write? I think I might have some of them. Best wishes from Dulltown!…

Yes, I’m thinking of changing my name to Auntie Meridiem.

A single overheard remark:
‘Paul is like having gulls coming out…’

The baroness is quite amused! tee hee She would like to add her own overheard remark referring directly to her previous naivety regarding the heat and humidity in Memphis, “summer arrived on time and came in like a blow-torch!” No doubt the order of Bath would remove their robes!

I’ll pass on the bananas and hot buttered toast. I have a lot of catching up to do with you posts…I’ve been on vacation.
